The University of South Carolina’s Carolina Productions is a finalist for Campus of the Year 2006 by
“Campus Activities” magazine. Only five other college and university programming boards were nominated for the award.

Carolina Productions, a student run organization consisting of seven programming commissions, provides diverse programs to educate and entertain members of the Carolina community. In 2006, the organization sponsored more than 275 events. Event highlights from the past year include leadership speaker Ethan Zohn from “Survivor: Africa,” music sensations Ben Folds and Teddy Geiger, and the award-winning “NWC: The Race Show.”
