Fraternity Recruitment is the process in which our North-American Interfraternity Conference chapters obtain new members. The following chapters participate in recruitment

Sunday, January 22nd 2012 – Orientation and Chapter Showcase
Monday, January 23rd 2012 – Open Round Night I
-All chapters will be recruiting out of their Greek Village houses or assigned tents on the Strom intramural field from 6:00pm-9:00pm.-Chapters may not contact potential new members after 10pm.
Tuesday, January 24th 2012 – Open Round Night II
- All chapters will be recruiting out of their Greek Village houses or assigned tents on the Strom intramural field from 6:00pm-9:00pm-Chapters may not contact potential new members after 10pm.
Wednesday, January 25th 2012 – Informal Invite Night I
-Chapters can host their own events and invite back any potential new members that they are interested in.
-All events must meet the Fraternity Council Recruitment Policies.
-All events must end by 10:00pm.
Thursday, January 26th 2012 – Informal Invite Night II
- Chapters can host their own events and invite back any potential new members that they are interested in.
-All events must meet the Fraternity Council Recruitment Policies.
-All events must end by 10:00pm.
Friday, January 27th 2012 – Formal Invite Night
-Chapter will host formal invite-only dinners for potential new members that they are interested in extending bids to.
-All events must meet the Fraternity Council Recruitment Policies.
-All events must end by 10:00pm.
Saturday, January 28th 2012 – Fraternity Bid Day
In order to go through recruitment process, potential new members must register for recruitment. Please make sure that you have the following information ready prior to registering for recruitment.
- Academic information including GPA and ranking.
- Contact information, including phone and e-mail.
- Picture of yourself – a basic "head shot" including only yourself and would be large enough for chapters to see and taken with your own camera.

There is a $60 fee collected on Bid Dday for joining a chapter.
