Service
Giving back to the community is a major trait of fraternity and sorority members both as undergraduates and during life after college. Each year organizations participate in service projects and philanthropies to improve our community. In 2010, Carolina fraternities and sororities donated almost $600,000 and over 120,000 hours to service. Major service projects include the Carolina/Clemson Blood Drive & Trick-or-Treat with the Greeks.
- Trick-or-Treat With the Greeks
Greek-wide service event where a safe and fun environment is provided for children of the Boys & Girls Club of Columbia to play carnival games and trick-or-treat in the Greek Village. - Carolina/Clemson Blood Drive
Held each November, this is a university wide event where we compete against Clemson to raise the most blood possible for the state of South Carolina. 2010 marked the 26th Anniversary and another victorious year for Carolina!
