Please join us for The Healthy Carolina Farmers Market beginning at 9:30 a.m. through 1:30 p.m. on Greene Street, between the gates, outside Russell House.

FEEL WELL: Mental Health Day with the Counseling Center.
Mental Health Resources will be available.Stop by and learn more about resiliency, suicide prevention, anxiety, stress and depression. Ask counselors questions and write a note to a friend, professor, coworker or family member for encouragement in coping with life’s stressors!

SLEEP WELL. Sleep for Success!
Stop at the Healthy Carolina Farmers Market to learn about the importance of sleep and how it impacts your academic career!

EAT WELL. – The dieticians will be out at the farmers market with samples and fun nutrition games to encourage eating well!
Free smoothie samples will be handed out!

LIVE WELL. Sexual Health Education Day with Campus Wellness.

MOVE WELL. Walktober. October is National Walking Month!Make a conscious effort to walk when possible, utilize Fit Walk Paths and take the stairs!
Come out to have your body fat percentage read by Campus Wellness and learn about daily exercise. Be sure to walk to the market if you can!

CELEBRATE WELL. Homecoming! Learn about the upcoming homecoming events for the week, including the many opportunities to socialize!
Cocky and the cheerleaders will join Gamecock fans at the market, so come on out and get your picture taken with our beloved mascot!
Tuesday, October 21st:
STAY WELL. October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. We will be promoting mammograms, the save the lid campaign and giving out handouts about breast cancer awareness.
Tuesday, October 28th:
MANAGE WELL. Financial and Health Literacy Week. Be a health Literacy Hero—raising awareness about what health literacy is, why it matters and ways we can all help!
The Student Success Center will also be answering questions to help improve financial literacy!
