Comments: My housemate and I are both Ph.D students. We are looking for a female roommate from January- May. It is an off-campus housing on South Pickens. About 1 mile from USC Campus. You can catch campus shuttle in 5 minute walking distance. It is a 2-bedroom 2 bath apartment. There wil be totally 3 of us sharing the apartment and you will be sharing one bedroom and bathroom with me. We are both quiet type. We are working most of the time. The apartment is fully furnished and very spacious apartment in a safe neighborhood. Washer and dryer are in the apartment. We have a back porch also :) Publix is about a mile from the house. No smoking or pets please; If you are a vegetarian that's a plus. Rent: $240 + 1/3 utilities
