Participate in the Service Leadership Institute!
First-year students: Are you interested in jumping into Carolina early and getting involved? Do you want to meet other first-year students, learn more about your leadership style, and connect to the Columbia community through service? Consider applying for the Service Leadership Institute! Up to 40 new students will be selected to participate in this interactive and fun 3 ½ day program designed to provide opportunities for exposure to opportunities on campus and in the community.

Institute sessions will occur Sunday, August 14 – Wednesday, August 17. For more detailed information, see the schedule below.
Requirements
- Participants must be enrolling at USC Columbia for the first time in Fall 2011 (full-time freshmen or transfer students)
- Participants must complete a Meyers Briggs Assessment online prior to the institute. Instructions will be sent to participants after they are selected.
- Required to attend ALL scheduled Service Leadership Institute sessions as follows (*please review your schedule prior to registering to identify any potential conflicts):
