Student Leadership in the Workplace
The Professional Development Certification Program (PDCP) is designed to engage all student employees, both on-campus and off-campus, in learning more about how their specific employee experience at the University of South Carolina benefits their personal and professional careers after they leave college.
Throughout this course, participants will engage in discussions and activities centered on decision-making and conflict analysis, data processing, self-assessment and reflection, and marketing experiences to potential employers.
The Spring 2017 class will be Thursdays from 4-5 p.m. Application and more info can be found here:

Have a student employee or a supervisor that goes above and beyond at work? Want to help them to be recognized for their hard work? Nominate them for an award! The winning student and employees will be awarded during our National Student Employment Week Banquet on April 12, 2017.
