Off-Campus Student Services provides a service for landlords and property owners to post their rental properties to the University community.

For apartment communities and property management companies, please call Off-Campus Student Services at 777-3366 for subscription options.

University of South Carolina Solicitation Policy

The University has a strict solicitation policy that all property managers and non-University related individuals and organizations must abide by. This policy prohibits the posting of any marketing materials on campus as well as handing out materials on campus unless sponsored by a University department. Off-Campus Student Services does not sponsor any outside vendors or companies. If you would like to market your services to the University community, you may do so via the Off Campus Housing website (see above) or by participating in the Merchant Fair or Off Campus Housing Fair. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this policy.

OCSS Referral Policy

OCSS will not ‘refer’ students, faculty and staff to any property. When asked about finding housing off campus we refer everyone to the website. Upon finding out what the individual is looking for we may speak about properties that meet their needs but we do not have a referral system. In order to ensure accuracy, please keep your profile and information on the website as up to date as possible.
