Off Campus Housing Fair
The Housing Fair is held each Spring semester in March on Greene Street. This fair provides students who will not be living on campus the opportunity to meet with Property Managers from apartment complexes in the area.

Merchant Fair
The Merchant Fair is held each Fall semester on the first day of classes on Greene Street. This is one of few formal events when businesses and companies are allowed on campus to market their services to the University of South Carolina Community.
Our 2008 Merchant Fair was very successful with 29 vendors participating and attendance over 750 students.
Participants included: Kaplan Test Prep & Admissions, Tios, Bank of America, The Fairways, Vista Tanning, Verizon, BB&T, Facecard, Wachovia, Village Idiot, Alltel, SC Federal, Carolina Styles, Yesterdays, Great Clips, Carolina First, The Oops Co., AMF Park Lanes, Copper Beech Townhomes, Domino’s, Aspyre at Assembly Station, Suncom, Cost Cutters, Sam’s Club, Kroger, AT&T, Pointe West Apartments, Ultratan and ZLB Plasma.
