In order to make this experience a success, participants will be required to meet certain expectations.

●   Meet monthly with mentors

●   Attend all AAMI programs (workshops, socials, focus groups)

●   Complete community service/service learning projects

●   Complete a self-assessment

●   Attend a weekend retreat

●   Participate in co-curricular activities
