The diversity retreat is a weekend event that focuses on
diversity and leadership. Participants will examine the meaning of
diversity, why it is valuable, and how they can incorporate
diversity into their respective student organizations and groups.
The goal of this retreat is for participants to develop a greater
understanding of what it means to be diverse, to accept the
diversity of others and acknowledge their own diversity.
