University of South Carolina Parent Updates – September 18, 2007

South Carolina parents,

Thanks to all of you who registered for Parents Weekend 2007! We have more than 1,900 families registered to attend this year and are looking forward to a great weekend. If you have not had the chance to register yet, we encourage you to do so as soon as possible. Registration for Parents Weekend will close this Thursday, September 20 at 3 p.m. Packages and football tickets are still available if you are interested in attending and can be purchased at http://www.sa.sc.edu/parents. 

A schedule of events for Parents Weekend can be found at our Parents Weekend Web page at http://www.sa.sc.edu/parents/parentsweekend.htm.  Campus Recreation has added a two-person golf scramble to the list of events. Also, the Thomson Student Health Center is now offering the HPV vaccine, Gardasil, for female students.
