Kalsbeek has developed enrollment-management models at DePaul that have been lauded by the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE), the Association of Governing Boards, the American Marketing Association, the American Association of College Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO) and other professional associations. He is a prolific presenter, author and consultant, and he serves on the editorial boards of “College & University” and “Journal of College Student Retention.” He also serves as an adjunct faculty member in the University of Pennsylvania’s executive doctoral program in higher education.
