Description: Take time out from your day for a some basic yoga and stress relief: no yoga experience required, but those with experience are welcome. You will also learn some basic relaxation and meditation techniques that you can do on your own. Please dress comfortably and bring a towel. Taught by Tiffany Terrell, Certfiied Yoga and Group Exercise Instructor
