The Russell House Information Center, located in the 2^nd floor lobby, is open during normal business hours providing information about USC, Columbia, and surrounding areas.                      These are anti-theft devices that you put on laptops or other valuables.
                     The tags can withstand 600 pounds of force and leave a permanent mark if removed.
