The following policy governs the use of the electronic message boards located in the Gamecock Park and at the Information Center. Information pertaining to the University community may be placed on the boards by registered student organizations, University departments, and non-University groups.

All e-mail request must be sent to hmorgan@mailbox.sc.edu or submitted from this page at least 3 days in advance of beginning run date. Request forms can also be picked up at the Information Desk and must be received at least 3 days in advance of beginning run date. All information must be consistent with USC rules, regulations, and policies as contained in the Carolina Community or other policy documents.

This service is provided free to registered student organizations and University Departments. Non-University groups will pay $5.00 per day with a $25.00 minimum. Payment in the form of cash or check is required in advance.

Information shall run for a maximum of two (2) weeks. Information may be re-submitted for a second two-week period provided space permits.

The Russell House staff reserves the right to edit information in order to provide reasonable and equitable usage by all users.

All messages should be no longer than 70 characters.
