Located near the center of campus, the Russell House University Union complements the academic experience through an extensive variety of cultural, educational, social, and recreational programs. The Russell House staff provides event and facility management, advisement, and program support for campus-wide organizations. Building Attendant
The Building Attendant will set up meeting rooms, ballroom, and outdoor space with the necessary chairs, tables, audio/visual aids, and other equipment according to the requests submitted to the Reservations Office. Evening and weekend work is required and applicant must be a full-time student in good academic standing.

Information Center Attendant
The Information Center Attendant provides information concerning events, activities, and services throughout the University community. In addition, the staff operates the following services: lost and found, printing, faxing, and ticket sales. Evening and weekend work is required and applicant must be a full-time student in good academic standing.

Gameroom Attendant
The Gameroom Attendant checkouts equipment, rings up sales, and provides information concerning events, activities, and services throughout the University community. The Game Room Attendant on duty is responsible for the operations, equipment, and furnishings at all times, making sure the equipment and furnishings are not abused and that normal operating procedures are observed. Evening and weekend work is required and applicant must be a full-time student in good academic standing.

Theater Projectionist
The Theater Projectionist will build, preview, show and break down the movies that are shown in the Russell House Theater each week. Experience with projection equiptment is preferred as movies are shown in a variety of formats. Evening and weekend work is required and applicant must be a full-time student in good academic standing.

Event Services Assistant
Event Services Student Assistants act in a front line reception capacity for the Russell House administration area (Suite 218) by providing desk coverage, answering phone calls and directing calls to members of the suite and building, as well as general office support (filing, copying, etc.). They also provide support directly to the Event Services Coordinator. These duties include management of the Event Management System (EMS) software, booking and confirming reservation requests, managing space, planning and executing signature events (such as Study Union and Carolina Welcome) and event planning for the University Community.

Desk Assistant for Campus Life Center
The Desk Assistants are responsible for greeting and assisting visitors to the Campus Life Center. Desk Assistants provide great customer service while answering phones, making copies, and assisting with events around campus. There are several resources available: manuals, weekly event emails, USC websites, and maps. Desk Assistants also assist full-time staff with Student Organizations, Student Government, Carolina Productions, Carolina After Dark, Community Service Programs, Leadership Programs, and Women’s Student Services activities.

Graphic Designer (Full description coming soon)
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for the design and production of marketing materials for the Russell House University Union. Marketing materials will include: brochures, programs, ads, signage, and other print materials. One year of previous Graphic Design experience is required. Must be a full-time student in good academic standing.
