Please use this coupon to claim your birthday gift from the Substance Abuse Prevention and Education Office (Location: Russell House Lower Level – Suite 033) Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. If there is a time when no staff member is available, you may have to re-visit the office at a later time – if you would like to schedule a time, please contact the office at sape@sc.edu or 803-777-5781.  This coupon expires 1 month after your birthday.  You must present your Carolina Card or other form of ID in order to claim your gift.  You will also be asked to complete a short survey in the SAPE Office.
