Education & Outreach

Educational programs are offered to enhance basic knowledge about the effects of alcohol and drugs, associated risk factors, prevention, treatment, and harm reduction. 

Currently SAPE provides the following programs on a regular bases:  Alcohol Policy Workshops, Staff Training Programs (On-Campus Housing Staff, Off-Campus Apartments Staff, and Greek House Directors), and presentations to Residence Halls and Student Organizations.  PEERS IMPACT 803 is a group of Peer Health Educators that work alongside the SAPE office to provide these programs and services.
