Disability Technology Request for Students

This form is for USC students with physical disabilities who are registered with our office and who need software such as screen readers or screen enlargement installed in a classroom lab or departmental computer lab.  

After receiving this request, Student Disability Services will forward the request to the appropriate technology person on campus.

As soon as you sign up for classes, it is important that you check with instructors to find out if you will be using computers in class, and whether or not you will need assistive technology.   

It can often take several weeks to find technology solutions for lab computer systems, so placing a request early is very important.
