Crisis/Consultation = 0 - 2
Provision of Supervision = 1
Outreach Presentations = 0 - 1
TOTAL FOR SERVICE ACTIVITIES = 18 - 26

TRAINING ACTIVITIES
Individual Case Supervision = 2
Group Supervision = 3
Supervision of Supervision = 1.5
Assessment Supervision = 0 - 2
Seminars = 2 - 4
Group Therapy supervision = 0 - 1
Co-therapy = 0 - 2
Consultation = 0 - 1
Interns meeting (peer supervision) = 1.5
TOTAL FOR TRAINING ACTIVITIES = 10-15

PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES
Staff meetings = 1.5
Professional development (dissertation, research, writing, etc.) = 2
Administrative assignments = 0 - 2
+ Release time for conferences andprofessional meetings
TOTAL FOR PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES = 3 - 8
