The Counseling and Human Development Center (CHDC)
offers a variety of educational programs for students,
faculty, and staff. Examples of program topics typically
requested include information about Counseling Center
services, stress management and relaxation training,
healthy relationships, and effective communication.
Since there is a high demand for outreach services, it
is suggested that requests be submitted at least 3 weeks
prior to presentation dates. Please have at least 8
audience members attend your program. Some of the
frequently requested topics are:

Self-hypnosis
Marriage and family issues
Substance abuse
Assertive training
Cultural diversity
Test anxiety
Relationship issues
Eating disorders
Family relationship issues
