Mindfulness-based Stress Management
Mindful Mondays
Let’s get together and practice!
Drop-in mindful meditation practice on the 1st & 3rd Mondays of each Month (January—April)
12:15-1pm—specific dates below

Who: Anyone interested in practicing and continuing to develop their inner health and well-being (great for those just completing the 8-week MBSM course!)
Where: Lounge inside the Center for Sustainable Futures—
West (Green) Quad building (enter on the backside via Sumter St.)
When:
12:15-1pm on the following Mondays:
January 23; February 6 & 20; March 5 & 19; April 2 & 16
No need to register or reserve a space—come one, come all!
We will begin and end each session with a short introduction to the day’s
practice and time to connect as community.
No special equipment or attire is required; Bring your own mat, blanket, sitting cushion or props, as desired, to support your practice.
Mindful Mondays is led by Laura J. Rooney, PhD(c), health educator and mindfulness facilitator with USC Campus Wellness.
