Have you ever wanted to train for a 5K but didn’t want to do it alone? GOTM now includes three meet-up sessions.

Join Campus Wellness’ Gamecocks on the Move (GOTM) program—a free USC faculty, staff and student walking and running program that provides individuals with the resources and support to train for a 5K. This program is not a running club but now includes three meet-up sessions where individuals can find accountability partners, support and motivation.

During the Spring of 2015, GOTM will train for the April 18, 2015, Changing Carolina Peer Leaders 5K. There is NO fee associated with this race. Training for the 5K event will start on March 16, 2015 (5 weeks before the Changing Carolina Peer Leaders 5K).

Each group session will be 30 minutes in length. Individuals will have the opportunity to train with a running or walking group. The dates and times are below. Pre-registration for the group sessions are required when you register for GOTM.
