EAT-26 - Use the EAT-26 to help you determine if you need to speak to a mental health professional or a physician and get help for an eating disorder. It will take you about 2 minutes to complete. The EAT-26 is not designed to make a diagnosis of an eating disorder or to take the place of a professional diagnosis or consultation. Please answer each question as accurately, honestly, and completely as possible. All of your results are completely confidential. Depending on your score, it is easy to make an appointment with SHS Doctors, Mental Health Professionals, or dietitians, by following this link.
