Choose to Lose
Ready
to lose weight? Campus Wellness is making it easier for you by offering
a free eight-week weight management support program for students,
faculty and staff.
Minimum Requirements:
Complete a registration form (link below)
Meet % body fat requirements as follows:
- Students: >25% (men), >30% (women)
- Faculty/staff: >30%
This measurement will be taken at the pre-assessment appointment.
Complete a Personal Wellness Profile (link on registration form), print
your detail report and bring the report with you to your pre-assessment
appointment. Participants
have the option of completing a personal wellness profile that they may
print and bring to their pre-assessment appointment.
The free program includes:
- A consultation with the registered dietitian (faculty/staff will meet with the dietitian twice in a workshop format)
- A body fat percentage analysis
- Workout plans tailored to meet your needs
- A weight room orientation
- Bi-weekly exercise classes and weekly weigh-ins
- A supportive environment within a group setting
1. Sign up now! A staff member from Campus Wellness will contact you to schedule your first consultation.
2. Print, complete and bring the "Choose to Lose" contract to your first consultation.
