The myStudentBody® Comprehensive College Health Suite provides reliable college health information in a customizable format. Student Wellness Promotion subscribes to the nutrition and stress modules, which provide you quality health information in a fun and interactive format.

myStudentBody® Nutrition provides interactive support for fitness and wellness education, while identifying potential risks for problematic eating or weight control practices.

myStudentBody® Stress cultivates effective time management and coping skills. Encourages individual self-assessment and builds mental health awareness among college students.

Undergraduate Student Log In Instructions

Please note: If you have previously visited myStudentBody.com (MSB), you may enter the MyStudentBody® modules as a returning user as often as you like.

If this is your first time visiting myStudentbody.com follow these steps:

  1. After reading these instructions, go to www.MyStudentBody.com by clicking on the circular MSB icon.
     
  2. In the “Are You a Returning User” box. Enter your USC Email address (e.g. smithj@mailbox.sc.edu, smithj@sc.edu) as your Username and the password (GUEST). After you log-in, you will have the opportunity to change your password.
     
  3. Fill in all of the required information on the page labeled “Registration” and click “Continue.” On the next page, “Confirmation,” verify the information you entered and click “Finish.”
     
  4. You will be directed to the MyStudentBody.com Lobby. Click on the white text entitled “Change Password” located in the grey bar above the module icons, located in the upper right corner area of the page.
     
  5. Enter your old password “GUEST” and then create a new password, confirm your new password, and then press “Change Password” button below to confirm and save.
     
  6. Finally, click on the icon for MyStudentBody.com to visit any of the four modules in the lobby (Stress, Nutrition, Alcohol, or Drugs).


Graduate Student Log In Instructions:
If this is your first time visiting myStudentBody.com (MSB) then follow these steps:
  1. Go to www.mystudentbody.com by clicking on the black rectangle MSB icon after reading these instructions.
     
  2. Click the "Do you need to create an account" box and complete the registration process by entering your university email address (e.g. smithj@mailbox.sc.edu, smithj@sc.edu) as your Username and select your own password. Enter the schoolcode: GAMECOCK. Complete the registration process and confirmation page.
     
  3. Once you register and complete a brief survey you will be taken to the MSB Lobby, where you will see four icons for each module available to you: Stress, Nutrition, Alcohol, Drugs. You can enter these modules as often as you like, but must log in as a returning user each time.

Faculty and Staff Log In Instructions:
To view the MSB modules in the same way a student would see them but without affecting our data set, please contact the Student Wellness Promotion office at 576-9393 and ask for Kim Lewis to receive the appropriate code.
