Dr. Stone brings more than ten years of experience practicing gynecology to the Women's Care Center. She is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Stone completed medical school at the University of Louisville in Kentucky and intership and residency at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. |

Janne's professional experience ranges from hospital nursing in intensive care medical, surgical, and burns, through full midwifery practice delivering babies in a number of settings. In 1999, she joined the Women's Care staff to provide women's health to university students of all ages. In her spare time, Janne enjoys her family, the outdoors, reading, music, and computers. |

she has been associated with USC for many years
and welcomed the opportunity to return to the
student health center after becoming a women’s
health nurse practitioner. She enjoys working
with students and assisting them in making
decisions that affect their health. In her spare
time, Maria enjoys traveling, gardening,
cooking, and reading. |
