Appointments for all Student Success Center programs and services are available through a centralized online appointment system.
Depending on which browser you use and how high your security settings are configured, please be aware that Tutortrac users may get a warning notice asking if it is OK to store the new certificate the first time you connect to Tutortrac. If you encounter the warning, click on “Accept the Certificate” or “Add the security exception".
The Student Success Center has a strict 24 HOUR appointment cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please call the Student Success Center at 777-1000 to cancel. If you do not call ahead 24-hours of your scheduled appointment to cancel, you will be counted as a “No Show” and will not be able to schedule another appointment with any Student Success Center service (ACE Coaching, Cross College Advising, Financial Literacy, Tutoring).
