Appointments for all Student Success Center programs and services are available through a centralized online appointment system, Tutortrac.
Depending on which browser you use and how high your security settings are configured, please be aware that Tutortrac users may get a warning notice asking if it is OK to store the new certificate the first time you connect to Tutortrac. If you encounter the warning, click on “Accept the Certificate” or “Add the Security Exception”.
The Student Success Center has a strict 24 HOUR appointment cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please go to our online appointment scheduling system to cancel your appointment (see screenshot below). If you do not cancel your appointment ahead of time, you will be counted as a “No Show” and will be charged a $15 missed appointment fee. This fee will appear on your account in Self Service Carolina. After three missed appointments, you will be unable to schedule any future appointments without speaking to an SSC representative first. To Cancel Your Appointment:
1. Please go to our online appointment scheduling system
2. Log in using your Blackboard Username and Password
3. Under “Upcoming Appointments” box, click on the “X”
