Measuring Effectiveness of the Intervention

·         The Coordinator for Early Intervention Initiatives will track the academic progress of students referred for disengagement as described above. 

·         If you have suggestions or comments for this program please email Katie.Lynch@sc.edu.

·         You will be asked to submit at the end of the semester the number of students with whom you had a 2^nd absence intervention for data reporting purposes.

·         After referring a student to the Creating Academic Responsibility Initiative, please complete the Intervention Success Form, evaluating your experience and student’s response to the intervention.

·         If you are a student and have received an intervention, please feel free to submit your thoughts and suggestions to Katie.Lynch@sc.edu.
