Skill Builders: Leadership Workshops

Skill Builders are monthly leadership workshops sponsored by the Leadership and Service Center through the offices of Student Organizations & Leadership Programs to assist student leaders in enhancing their leadership skills and developing the essential skills necessary to work and lead effectively with others. Workshop topics focus on assisting students to refine their leadership skills and address organizational challenges. Each workshop is presented by skilled facilitators that include faculty, staff, community/corporate leaders and your peers.

This semester Skill Builders is taking on new developments with a two track system; better known as the Personal Leadership and Organization Leadership tracks. The objective behind this change is to help USC students define their own leadership style in a way that can better help the development of their student organizations and their own personal leadership.
