Vendor Sponsorship

Keep several things in mind when considering vendor sponsorship:

• Make sure it benefits your organization
• Know that your organization is responsible for making all arrangements to bring vendors to campus, i.e. reservations, approvals, etc.
• A member of your organization must be with the vendor at all times
• Your organization's name will be associated with the vendor
