Organization responsibilities when working with outside vendors:

• Make sure it benefits your organization.
• Know that your organization is responsible for making all arrangements to bring vendors to campus, i.e.. reservations, approvals, etc.
• A member of your organization must be with the vendor at all times.
• Your organization's name will be associated with the vendor.
