| Student may inquire about the status
of a pending claim through the Atlanta Regional Office Claim
inquiry. Students may also contact the DVA at 1-888-442-4551.

| How will the DVA pay for
tuition? |
| All students who recieve veterans'
educational benefits are responsible for the same tuition
policies as other USC students. Tuition policies are in the
master schedule which is distributed by USC. The DVA will not
send money to USC for a student's tuition. The money students
receive from DVA is considered a benefit, not tuition
reimbursement. Money from educational benefits will be mailed
directly to the student or deposited into the student's bank
account. |

| Does the USC Veterans
Services Office know when money is sent to Students? |
| NO. For specific information the
student sould contact the Atlanta Regional Processing Office at
1-888-442-4551. Changes in enrollment status or address can
delay payment. |

| Do all students have to
submit a Enrollment Certification Request every semester? |
| No. An Enrollment certification
must be turned in before the fall semester indicating that years
enrollment including spring enrollment. Active Duty students
and students taking classes at less than 1/2 time rate must fill
out. |

| Do students have to report
all changes in schedule (drop/add)? |
| Yes. Students must report any
changes in class schedule within two business days to avoid
over/under payment of benefits. |
