- How many hours did you request to be certified for on your USC Enrollment Certification Request?
This is done on a yearly basis (Summer, Fall, Spring) unless you are Active Duty or less than half time. In these cases, students must be certified on a semester by semester basis.

- Call the VA at 1-888-442-4551. Does the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs have you in their system (allowing 45 days processing time after receiving the post card from USC OVS)? Is their information correct?

-The USC form “Enrollment Certification Request” is available after February 1st and covers a year’s time, summer (May) through spring (May, next year).
