We are gearing up and getting ready for another exciting Carolina Welcome! Please submit your event proposal(s) for inclusion in the Fall 2013 Carolina Welcome schedule. All events must take place Saturday, August 17 – Sunday, August 25, 2013. You may propose an event and request on-campus space, or you may already have space and simply need to submit your event for inclusion in the Carolina Welcome calendar.

Event proposals will be reviewed and confirmed for inclusion in Carolina Welcome on an on-going basis; however, the deadline to submit an event for confirmation in time to promote your event during Summer Orientation is Friday, May 10, 2013.
