Women’s Student Services builds alliances with campus and community partners in order to educate, empower, and mentor women students at the University of South Carolina. Through providing programming, mentoring, student leader recognition, and resources, we enable women to be confident student leaders.

Register your March event for the Women’s History Month Calendar!

Women’s History Month in March 2012 is quickly approaching! Women’s Student Services in the Department of Student Life would like to capture all that is happening in support and celebration of women by publishing the annual Women’s History Month calendar to publicize all of the great events going on across campus.

Please consider organizing an event or adding an existing event to the schedule. To have your event published, please register your event HERE. All submissions are due by January 27, 2012 to allow us enough time to publish in our calendar.

Applications and nominations for Outstanding Woman of the Year are available now!

Do you know a female junior or senior who stands out from the crowd? Encourage this accomplished USC student to apply for the 2011-2012 Outstanding Woman of the Year award. To be eligible for this award, the candidate must be an undergraduate student with 60 credit hours or more. The application deadline is February 8.
