To aid in the University’s ability to investigate reported incidents, enforce the University’s expectations, and protect future students, please be as accurate and specific as possible with the information you provide when reporting. You are encouraged to provide as much specific detail as possible so that appropriate action can be taken to address the reported behavior. You have the option to submit a report anonymously, though officials may find it difficult to complete their investigation without knowing the source of the report.
Critical Incident Investigation Team
The Critical Incident Investigation Team is a team of non-judgmental, caring, professional staff who conduct student interviews to determine how to best address a hazing incident. Team members will conduct student interviews when there has been a student organization incident that requires significant interviewing of a sizable number of students (ex. a hazing allegation). The team will provide students who have been victims in incidents, those who are alleged to have participated, and bystanders with a team of caring student affairs investigators outside the offices in which decisions regarding violations are made, thus offering students the most fair, comfortable model possible.
