Carolina Welcome 2008 Request Form

This web form may be used to request
space for an event during Carolina Welcome 2008 or to add an event to the
Carolina Welcome 2008 schedule of events.  Please complete this form in its
entirety and provide as much information as possible about your event.

If you are using this form to
request space for an event, please remember that only spaces managed by the
Russell House may be included.  The Event Services Office will manage
requests from student organizations for all space on campus except for locations
included under Campus Recreation.  For University departments, academic space,
housing space, and other non-Russell House locations on- and off-campus must be
secured independently of our office.
Requests for space managed by the
Russell House Event Services Office need not be submitted again using the
standard online reservation system; the web form will suffice.

Please feel free to contact the
Event Services Office at (803) 777-8182 with any questions.
