Group Counseling

WANT TO KNOW HOW GROUP THERAPY CAN WORK FOR YOU?

Group counseling is a powerful venue for growth and change. Students can receive tremendous understanding, support, and encouragement from others facing similar issues, and they can gain different perspectives, ideas, and viewpoints on those issues. Most students, though somewhat apprehensive at first, report that the group experience was helpful far beyond their expectations. We are convinced that group therapy is one of the most effective tools for addressing issues common among college students.

The counseling center offers a variety of group counseling services to help students manage symptoms and gain a better understanding and awareness of self.  Please view the following video to gain a better understanding of group therapy and how group therapy can work for YOU!
