Gamecocks Eat Well Cooking Classes

Join us for our FREE hands-on cooking classes where you will prepare and taste three healthy and delicious recipes. These classes are fun and for any skill level! Tell your friends to sign up too, but hurry space is limited! Open to all students.

FREE, 60-90 minute classes where you experience cooking from start to finish. Our Registered Dietitian teaches you how to prepare three healthy and delicious recipes. We supply the utensils and food, you supply the desire to learn! No cooking experience required.
