Inner Path to Peace:

This is a 3-part series for faculty/staff only. Participants will explore the science and benefits of mindfulness and meditation.  You will learn techniques to create your own meditation practice and space.  No meditation experience is necessary.  Attendance of all 3 sessions in the series is strongly encouraged.  Registration is required by January 18. This event will be in the Center for Health and Well-Being C.A.L.M. Oasis.
