Midday Meditation

Interested in meditation and mindfulness? Join us for Midday Meditation where we offer structured mindfulness and meditation coordinated by trained facilitators. Midday Meditation occurs everyday in the C.A.L.M. Oasis in the Center for Health and Well-Being, at 11:20-11:40 a.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and 12:30-12:50 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
