A Splash of Self-Care

After a long day, do you ever just need a mug of something that reminds you of a home-cooked meal? Join us to learn about recipes you can make in a mug when you’re needing some cozy and comfortable “me time”. #selfcareisnotexpensive #selfcareisnotselfish A health educator will be on site to discuss self-care and share some ideas about how to incorporate it into your day-to-day schedule. Gamecocks Eat Well Cooking Classes are free and open to any university student. A Registered Dietitian will provide knowledge of nutrition and hands-on instruction for preparation of healthy, balanced meals. Registration is required by January 26. This event will be in the Center for Health and Well-Being Demonstration Kitchen.
