As a graduate assistant in the Office of Substance Abuse Prevention and Education, Nikki Prudé meets with students sanctioned for drug/alcohol violations and provides intervention services as well as community outreach and education.
Nikki holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the College of Charleston where she was a cum laude graduate and member of the Psi Chi National Honor Society.
Nikki worked in the Food and Beverage and Hospitality industry in Charleston for more than ten years where she served as a tour guide for thousands of visitors and helped create a volunteer group that built houses, created oyster reefs, and catered fundraising benefits for local charities.
In her five years working in finance, Nikki developed a passion for financial education and set up a partnership with local schools to teach age-appropriate money management lessons to students from elementary to high school.
Nikki is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and served as the Historian in her undergraduate years. She is a very proud puppy parent of a little rescue named Wesley Allen and says “yes, I call him both names.”
