Awards and Memberships

Each year, our students have the opportunity to enter the work they have done into a number of collegiate journalism and design contests. The Daily Gamecock student organization has won many awards through the years. Winning an award for excellence can enhance a student’s out-of-the-classroom experience during their time at Carolina. Also, awards are important resume enhancers employers look for when reviewing candidates.
