GSA Treasurer

Billy Quinlan is entering his second year pursuing his Master of Public Administration (MPA).

Before entering the Treasurer role, Billy served on the Graduate Student Association’s (GSA) Finance Committee to allocate Student Activity Fees to graduate student organizations. Currently, Billy serves as a Graduate Assistant for USC Connect and as the President for the MPA Student Association. Billy is one of the graduate student representatives on the New Student Union Steering Committee and on the Advisory Council for Professional Development for Graduate Students.

Prior to USC, Billy received his Bachelor’s degree from East Tennessee State University (ETSU) in Johnson City, Tennessee. At ETSU, Billy worked with New Student & Family Programs, Relay for Life, and was the Director of Events for the Johnson City Cardinals, a minor league baseball affiliate of the St. Louis Cardinals. Outside of work, Billy is an avid fan of baseball, rumors of The Office returning and his family’s four (4) dogs.
