Student Organization Activities: Exam Week
With the end of the spring 2012 semester approaching, please be reminded that the Office of Student Organizations does not provide funding for activities occurring after the last day of classes (4/23/12) and during exam week (4/24/12 - 5/2/12). Therefore, all Student Organization activities should occur on or before Monday, April 23rd or after Wednesday, May 2nd.
Per policy STAF 3.25 – Use of University Facilities (http://www.sc.edu/policies/staf325.pdf), social functions may not be held on campus on reading day(s) nor during final examination periods nor may reservations for space be made during final examination periods.
